GuestLink privacy notice
GuestLink uses the information required to create and manage accommodation bookings and secure guest accounts.
Information used
Booking contact details, guest profile information, selected rooms, stay dates, extras, payment records and service requests are used to provide the requested reservation workflow.
Property access
A property receives the information needed to operate only the reservations belonging to that establishment. Separate properties do not receive one another’s reservation records.
Account security
Guest accounts use the unified sign-in flow. Access is limited by authentication, property scope and staff permissions.
