GuestLink booking terms
These terms explain how GuestLink connects guests with independently operated accommodation properties.
Property-specific bookings
Each establishment owns and fulfils its reservation, availability, policies, invoice, payment conditions, extras and guest service obligations. Review the property terms shown before confirming.
Availability and prices
Room inventory and totals are checked again when a booking is confirmed. A room is not reserved merely because it appears in search or has been added to an itinerary.
Changes and cancellations
Date changes, room changes, cancellations, refunds and penalties remain subject to the applicable property policy and confirmed reservation status.
Multiple-property itineraries
A consolidated itinerary may contain separate reservations at different properties. Each child reservation retains its own reference, invoice, accounting record and operating terms.
