What property publication and review status mean
A GuestLink database record is not automatically a search-ready property page. Publication, booking availability, completeness and verification are separate states.
Publication completeness
The SEO completeness check covers public location, coordinates, property type, unique description, rooms, arrival times, policies, imagery, image rights, amenities, currency and an approved canonical route.
Live availability
A temporarily sold-out property may remain discoverable. Search results reflect requested dates and occupancy, while the permanent property page describes availability-independent information.
Removal and changes
Paused listings leave public collections. Permanently removed properties are excluded from sitemaps and should return 410 when no true successor exists. Property name changes use a canonical URL and a permanent redirect from the old slug.
