Genuine guest feedback without review gating
GuestLink does not fabricate ratings, import reviews without rights or ask only satisfied guests for feedback.
Verified stays
A future verified-stay label must be connected to an actual completed reservation. A property-authored testimonial is not presented as an independent guest review.
Fair moderation
Moderation may remove abuse, spam, dangerous content and personal information, but not legitimate criticism. Incentives cannot be conditional on a positive score.
Structured data
AggregateRating and Review structured data are emitted only when the visible score and count can be reproduced from eligible, visible reviews. No rating markup is currently generated without that evidence.
